“During a recent cold snap, I had an overnight flame-out on my gas furnace that wouldn’t re-ignite. I contacted Howell’s early the next morning and they immediately dispatched a technician, Matt Banton, to address my issue.
Upon arrival Matt got right to work and isolated the cause of the flame-out. He fully described the reasons behind the problem and the steps he took to get it resolved. Additionally, he offered to me some simple tips that would potentially help avoid flame-out issues in the future.
